如果你一定要这么说的话，把第二个been去掉就没有语法错误了：
I have been holding the idea to study in Australia for two years already.
但也可这么说：
I have been dreaming to study in Australia for two years.

I have been already holding the idea for two years to study in Austraia
for two years 和already不提前也可以拉
been去掉就好了
只是我比较喜欢这么说

将第二个been去掉
I have been holding the idea to study in Austraia for two years already.
